We go to the beach for the view. The crashing waves, the wide horizon, the sun flirting with the sea. We look out. We look up, but we rarely look down. Sea sand... beneath our feet, between our fingers, millions of tiny stories, unseen.

Each grain a fragment of mountains, coral, time. A thousand lifetimes crushed into dust, and still, we barely notice. We romanticize the ocean, but the beach is built on patience, on breakdown, and on transformation.

See sand... see how something so small, so easily brushed away, makes up the foundation of joy, play, rest. See sand, because it teaches us that the overlooked often holds the most history, the most resilience and sometimes, the softest things have weathered the hardest truths.

Thought-provoking reflections on life, identity and relationships, written in the style of a modern-day Socratic journal and told through poetic paradoxes and emotional honesty.
