Life moves in circles, sometimes soft, sometimes sharp. We call it progress, but often, we’re just looping. Patterns repeating, thoughts recycling, habits replaying like a scratched record we keep dancing to. Some loops lift us. A morning ritual, a loving routine, a rhythm of self-respect.

These are the loops that hold us steady, where forward motion hides quietly inside repetition, but then, there are the other ones, the thought spirals that tighten. The emotional reruns. The relationships that end only to begin again in new names, familiar pain. Loop de Loop.

Breaking loops don’t always look like escape. Sometimes it looks like stillness. Sometimes it’s choosing not to respond. Not to chase. Not to prove. Not to fall back into the known discomfort. Loop de loop. It’s not failure. It’s feedback. And once you notice the ride, you get to ask the better question: Is this momentum, or just motion?

You’re allowed to stop mid-loop. That’s how new stories begin.

Thought-provoking reflections on life, identity and relationships, written in the style of a modern-day Socratic journal and told through poetic paradoxes and emotional honesty.
